Election Service Provider

IVS, LLC business model is one of an Election Service Provider. For a fixed annual service fee, IVS provides all hardware, software, the programming of ballots, training, data entry, audio programming, audio and ballot format testing, redundant components, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upgrades to keep the system in excellent condition, ready for election.

Management

IVS President, Yung Nguyen is a successful inventor and entrepreneur.

Prior to starting IVS, Mr. Nguyen developed a patented Victim Notification technology and co-founded Appriss, Inc. to market it.  This technology uses the telephone to automatically notify victims of crime when their perpetrators are released or escape from jail.  It is currently serving more than half of the U.S. and Canada.
